“When I Started Yoga at Home – My Small Story For Beginners:

Yoga for beginners at home ,I was the kind of person who used to check my phone first thing in the morning Because Yoga  for beginners at home.
My mind felt heavy, my body was tired, and my heart?
It felt lost somewhere Its some different from Gym and Yoga for beginners at home is easy process

But one day, it all felt too much.
And I told myself — That’s it. I need to do something for me and my soul.

I didn’t want to go to the gym.
I didn’t have motivation.

And that’s how a small journey began — from my room, my rooftop, and with a cup of tea in Morning☕


The Beginning Was Slow… But It Felt Real

Just 5 minutes on the first day.
Tanasan, Suk asana, Bhastrika pranayama Alom-Vilom and deep breathing  Slowly Slowly its simple for Yoga for beginners at home.
It felt strange… but peaceful.
The next day, I did a little more.
And slowly, I started feeling something new —
I was getting closer to myself and Add Universe inside me.

  • And most importantly — a better connection with my emotions🎈
